It takes 4-5 hrs just to book a ride. Then the times continuously change so the driver is late. The drivers also take the longer routes to get you where you need to be. You'll always be late no matter what time you book so be careful with this app. There's never a ride available when you need it. There's no way this company has 130 vehicles.

Honestly, the bus routes and schedules just didn't work for me personally with my schedule. Even with the time ranges for pickup and dropoffs I have had great experiences with the app and the service. An affordable ride share within the area is a godsend and opened up more of the area than I could really go out and experience without breaking the bank for a one way trip, let alone a round trip situation. Loving the app and the service!

Got canceled on twice. I was at the front of the building and no one was there! Confirmed my address, what I was wearing, walked around my ENTIRE COMPLEX. Nothing. I missed a serious medical appointment because of it. Definitely not reliable, which is upsetting because this is the only transit service affordable enough for me. God knows how I'm going to make appointments now.
